Error Code C00D124F usually appears on Zune Player. It makes the this player eventually turn black and keeps updating. It also appears if there is no enough space on your player for the update. In this case, Connect your player to your computer and open the Zune software.
In Method 1:
- Firstly, Restart the Zune by holding the Left Button + Up on the middle button.
