Eureka Process was founded by Allen Edwards, who saw a need for Managed Service Providers to gain insight into their business and processes, as well as strategic guidance. Access to consultants who can marry the needs of the business with the needs of its people and who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work with you.
We’ve been building a solid team of experienced, humble, and compassionate people to help you get to the next level. Meet the team below.
-Allen Edwards
We value the freedom to be away from the office, just as much as the freedom to work and provide. We want to enable our clients, team members, and vendors to do the same.
We value relationships over transactions. We want the best for all of us. We thrive when you thrive.
Growth is intentional! We improve by enabling ourselves and others to grow. We want all stakeholders to grow personally, financially, their knowledge, and their confidence.

Allen began his I.T. career in 1994 as an entry-level tech, climbing the ladder through positions such as network technologist and then division manager in just six years. He founded his first I.T. company in 2002, and in ten short years led the enterprise through a transition from break/fix to MSP, and from custom ticketing to AutoTask before moving to ConnectWise Manage.
Allen started Eureka Process with a view to benefiting their clients through immersion in their daily process and activity. Allen brings his breadth of technical and leadership knowledge to the table, along with proven leadership implementation skills to guide his clients and their teams through fostering the development of the hard and soft skills that make success inevitable.
Allen is strict about Eureka’s mandate, always add value first, whether that means working with C-level executives to elevate their leadership game or getting hands-on with front-line techs or the sales team. A sought-after MSP expert, he aims to offer his clients a sense of relief from the demand and complexity of running a successful MSP. Allen wants to reinvigorate teams with enthusiasm and a sense of possibility while building meaningful, growth-centered relationships that support next-level performance.
With a passion for adventure, Allen fills his spare time nurturing any one of his varied interests. From scuba diving to snow skiing, acro-yoga and travel – he looks to take in all this world has to offer.

Brook began her career in I.T. as desktop support and progressed through roles as IT manager and server administrator. She entered into leadership as a virtual CIO responsible for project management and client relationships.
Now, in her role as Vice President at Eureka Process, she supports MSP business owners who have felt isolated in their journey by validating their experience and providing the guidance they need to eliminate barriers to progress. A master at leading with a personal touch, Brook’s approach is proof that serving is the new selling and that relationships are the new currency.
Brook believes strongly in leadership by example and encourages leaders to genuinely connect with their teams. She is invested in the success of each of her clients and prefers to approach her practice as a team member rather than a vendor. She enjoys the collaboration involved in consultancy and works to help teams and their leadership take steps toward their vision each and every day, reminding them that progress is a marathon, not a sprint.
A self-proclaimed Triumph Motorcycles enthusiast, Brook loves to ride. Her bike is a Street Triple named Brixton and she has put over 6,000 miles on it in the last year. She loves helping the new riders of her local female motorcycle group, organizing rides all over Georgia. She is also a mom to three wonderful daughters and when she’s not behind the desk or in the football stands, you will find her spending time with her family.
“Eureka Process has been instrumental in helping me improve my company’s organization, marketing message and processes. Veronica has always had an appreciation for logic and syntax, earning her BA in the field of Linguistics. In 2010 she moved to Prague for an adventure and ended up staying there for 10 years. While there she co-owned a business that sold and rented ski and snow equipment.
Completely self-taught, Veronica went on to develop and implement her own point-of-sale/-rental, an online reservation system, and e-commerce website. She is proficient in database development and design solutions using MS Access and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
In 2020, Veronica stepped down from the business and subsequently joined Eureka Process. Veronica is still very passionate about the entrepreneurial world and likes to remind herself that life and business are not for the timid. She believes that by adopting the processes of The Eureka Process and making them their own, anyone can succeed. Looking back, she recognizes the impact a cohesive team equipped with the right processes had on the success of her business.
Veronica now lives in Florida and spends her weekends at the beach and paddleboarding, thrifting and DIY, and learning to mix music on her Numark decks. When she can, she loves snowboarding and traveling – her next dream destination being Japan for its fresh-powder riding!
While they may have a common last name, Allen and Adam aren’t related — though being placed at the same IT conference luncheon table was a funny coincidence.
Adam has risen through the ranks of the IT industry, starting his career in website coding, he has found his niche in process development and documentation. Previously serving as Service Coordinator to Operations, managing the steps from ticket creation to billing, he knows the process because he has built and self-tested it.
After using the ConnectWise Suite for a decade, Adam now focuses on educating business owners to use the tools they have to make their jobs, and therefore their lives, easier. He aspires to share the lessons learned throughout his career to help educate business owners and develop process-driven team players.
To put it simply, Adam has a passion for how things work. Whether he is working on cars, building a computer for gaming, or taking time away from the screens to go hiking, he is actively absorbing hobbies and developing other talents like cooking and photography.
“Since engaging Eureka Process in our organization, we’ve gone from meetings that weren’t very productive, to a meeting structure that gets things done. Everyone feels heard and valued and we actually accomplish steps toward our goals that everyone can get behind. We started meeting with just the partners, but before long we found we wanted the same results across all departments.”

Ana entered the IT Field as a Network Engineer over 10+ years ago and after a bit of a hiatus to focus on her family, she re-engaged her thirst for knowledge by applying herself to learning various coding languages and supplemented that learning through enrollment in a full-stack development program with Rice University.
Ana relishes the exposure, challenges, and continuous learning opportunities that the various coding languages present. She has a strong appreciation for the field and methodical progression that coding requires, which lead her to become a tutor in the field with the hope of being able to instill the same passion in others.
Ana loves technology, specifically software development, which directly translates to her work as well as her active participation in several technical groups including volunteering some of her time with small business owners and animal shelters.
Born and based in Texas, her “bigger than Texas” hospitality is apparent every time she interacts with you. She truly believes there are no strangers – only friends she has not yet had the pleasure of meeting. So don’t be surprised if she invites you to visit her charming hometown of San Antonio, where she enjoys hiking in the cool mornings, spending time with her family in the evenings, and attending rodeos and/or dancing on some weekends.
Lewis started his career working at a local MSP in Georgia. It was there that he worked with technologies including BCDR, DHCP, DNS, SQL, among many others as a hybrid Remote/Field Technician. He worked extensively with ConnectWise Manage and Autotask, learning the inner workings of both PSAs. Lewis later upgraded the internal technology infrastructure and equipment at a local hospital. While there, he also provided technical support to specialized hardware and software.
Lewis has gained immense knowledge about MSPs and the challenges they face daily. Having had a varied career in the IT industry in several different capacities, Lewis is happy to join the Eureka Process team as Tools Administrator, offering his experience in all things technical.
He is eager to help other organizations improve and get the most out of the software solutions they’ve chosen for their business. Excited to face the new challenges that his role allows him to tackle, Lewis particularly loves to sharpen his skills and deepen his knowledge in the field.
During his free time, Lewis enjoys reading fiction novels, cooking with his wife, fishing, and playing games on his computer with his brother.
On the second Tuesday every month our team meets with members of The Eureka Community for the Community Conference Call. Get access to all the expertise, not to mention the valuable insights you’ll receive from fellow Community members and MSP peers.
