This society is developed by Future Holdings Developments Ltd (FDHL) and Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd (HRL). Its master plan is designed by Surbana Jurong, one of the famous companies in Singapore and Asia.
Capital Smart City is located on M-2 Motorway next to Thalian Interchange. It can also access from the main Chakri Road. The society has a total of 6 access points. Some housing projects near Capital Smart City are Blue World City, Al Mairaj housing society, and Eighteen Islamabad.
The society got its NOC approval from RDA in September 2019. Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited also approved its NOC for gas supply in January 2022. Surbana Jurong designs the master plan of Capital Smart City. Currently, the management has announced the master plan for 100,000 Kanals. This society's plot categories include 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 12 Marla, 1 Kanal, 2 Kanal residential plots, and 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots.
Overseas East and Prime balloting is expected to occur in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2022. The Executive District 1, Harmony Park, and Overseas Central District balloting will be done in the year's final quarter.

Still, to the jurisdiction problems, its NOC now needs to be approved by District Council Rawalpindi, which is under process.

The owners and developers of Rude Enclave are RMRSCO, NESPAK, Al-Ha Builders and developers, and New Leafs. In a recent event, UDPL also becomes a partner in the development of this society.
The Rudn Enclave location is very prime in Rawalpindi. It is located at the intersection of Adyala Road and Rawalpindi Ring Road. Its location is also next to the Islamabad International Airport and M-2 Motorways. The NOC of this society has been under official process because it is a new society. However, its official procedure is almost completed, and hopefully, its NOC will be approved very soon by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
NESPAK designs the master plan of Rude Enclave. Its master plan spreads over 24,000 Kanal land, dividing society into two main blocks. The blocks include General Block and Executive Block. To accommodate every type of investor, the Rude Enclave management offers different plot sizes in these two blocks. It includes residential plots of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, commercials of 4 Marla and 8 Marla, and farmhouses of 4 Kanal and 8 Kanal.
The balloting of General Block and Executive Block is expected to be done in the first quarter of 2022, and its possession will be announced at the end of 2022.
Prime Valley Islamabad
Prime Valley Islamabad is a new addition to the real estate market of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. It was launched in 2021 under the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme. Under this flagship, Prime Valley will offer affordable prices and an installment plan.
The owners of Prime Valley are the Prime Institute of Health Sciences, owned by Abdul Wajid. This institute has provided valuable services in the health sector, but it also has a large background in the real estate business. Its owners had some rule in the development of Kingdom Valley and Blue World City. Currently, they have launched Prime Valley as their new housing project.
Its developers are not finalized because the owners are negotiating with different companies. They are negotiating with Metricon Pvt Ltd, Izhar Developers, and PMK Builders. It is expected that the management will finalize the developers for this housing project within 2-3 months.
The location of this housing society is important. It is located on Chakri Road adjacent to Chakri Road Interchange. Rawalpindi Municipal Authority approved the Prime Valley NOC for 1000 Kanal land in April 2022.
The master plan of this housing project is not yet public. However, as per the information, this society will be developed on about 3,000 Kanal land that will offer residential and commercial plots. It will include residential plots of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 12 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal. The sizes of commercial plots are not yet announced.
