Oculus Support is not able to help you if the Oculus Sift S won't work because of Display Port or USB 3.0 issues. However, it can still allow you to view Bigscreen's VR movies.
Allow the device to charge for at least 30 minutes. When your headset is charged and plugged in, updates will resume automatically. If updates do not resume within one hour, please restart your headset. www.webroot.com/safe
