Steamforged Games has also announced the first look at and details for the Dark Souls tabletop roleplaying game, coming in OSRS Gold spring 2022. The game was first teased in December, with an unexpected trailer launch Steamforged has now confirmed Dark Souls: The Roleplaying Game will be a separate RPG that is powered by the fifth edition of rules which are enhanced with Dark Souls mechanics.
Incorporating the rich lore and award-winning gameplay of the Dark Souls video games by From Software and Bandai Namco Entertainment, inside the lavishly illustrated hardback core book, players will discover custom character classes, a brand-new magic system and a comprehensive bestiary teeming with Dark Souls creatures.
To date, Steamforged's Dark Souls tabletop range has sold more than 500,000 units which has its total retail value of more than $40 million. Mat Hart, Creative director and chief creative officer of Steamforged Games, stated: "Dark Souls has been one of the most important IPs for Steamforged since the beginning and is a game that is very dear to our hearts, so getting to bring Dark Souls to the tabletop as a role-playing game is an absolute thrill for us and for the people who love it."
The announcement comes with updates for Old School Runescape with a emphasis on Iron Man.
