How will our relationship work?
Services of Upkeep through App is predominantly into a one-time service. You are under no contractual obligation as payment is made at each visit. We would prefer to earn your continued loyalty based on our ability to meet your needs than rely on a contractual relationship.
Process:
1. Client contacts us through our website / APP/ Office Contact number.
2. Client does a one-time registration subsequently he/she can use the login details to request services.
3. For a residential property:
a. The client needs to choose the package services which suit the requirement along with any of our other add-on services.
b. Our customer service team will get in touch with the client and email the final quote.
c. Once the quote is approved our operations team shall get in touch with the client to fix up the date and time for executing the order.
d. After the execution of the order, the client needs to make the payment and collect the receipt.
4. For End of Tenancy or New Build Commercial/office property:
a. The client needs to provide us the basic information about the property along with any of our other services.
b. Our customer service team shall visit the property and conduct a complete survey and then email the final quote.
c. Once the quote is approved our operations team shall get in touch with the client to fix up the date and time for executing the order.
d. After the execution of the order, the client needs to make the payment and collect the receipt.
5. For Party services and Hourly Services:
a. The client needs to provide us the basic information asked in the App.
b. Our customer service team will get in touch with the client and email the final quote.
c. Once the quote is approved our operations team shall get in touch with the client to fix up the date and time for executing the order.
d. After the execution of the order, the client needs to make the payment and collect the receipt.
