Data is shipped from your PC in information bundles across the web. They are typically sent at normal spans and take a limited time. Jitter speed test is a way to measure how fast your internet connection is. You need to download a program called jitter test. Once downloaded, open the program and click start. A window should pop up asking if you want to run the test. Click yes. Then wait until the test finishes. The results will show in milliseconds. If you have a good internet connection, then the number should be around 50-60ms. If you have a bad internet connection, then the numbers will be much higher.
