Sheet for molding:
It is a form that combines press forming and vacuumforming, and silicon rubber is attached to the top of the press so that it doesnot directly touch the sheet. It is molded by adjusting the temperature,pressure, time, etc. according to the depth of yin and embossing, and is mainlyused for making doors such as sinks and wardrobes. It prevents whitening andshrinkage and supplements impact strength to facilitate molding. All of ourproducts can be used for molding.
Sheet for lapping:
It is used as a material for interior design byforming a frame with MDF, gluing wood, or other materials, and then wrapping itwith a sheet to make it look good. The adhesive mainly uses hot melt adhesivessuch as EVA, PO, PA, and PU. Since it is sprayed by heating it at a hightemperature, special attention must be paid to preventing the sheet fromstretching. It is mainly used for frames and moldings. It prevents whitening,shrinkage, etc. and compensates for sagging to facilitate wrapping. All of ourproducts can be used for wrapping.
Sheet for ceiling:
After making the top plate with MDF or Chipboard,etc., it is processed in the form of covering the sheet by adhesive treatmentwith EVA, and since it is adhered to the full width, the smoothness of thesheet must be excellent. By preventing shrinkage and supplementing smoothness,overlay processability is made easy, and all of our products can be used foroverlay.
