An officetel in South Korea is a multi-use structure that houses residential and commercial units. It is usually made of concrete and can be found lining the streets and freeways in Seoul. It is the tallest building in the city of Seoul and one of the largest construction projects in South Korea. Aside from homes, businesses, government offices, hospitals, and other establishments that use the public transportation system, there are also residences built inside of an officetel.
