In South Korea, an officetel is a multi-use structure with commercial and residential units built inside of it. It is typically made out of concrete and can be seen lining the roads and freeways of Seoul. It is the tallest building in the city of Seoul and one of the largest construction projects in South Korea. Apart from residences, businesses, government offices and hospitals that use public transportation, there are also officetel residences.
