What is Nanocoatings?
Nanocoatings Market

Nanocoating is a process in which nanostructures are applied to surfaces in order to seal them on a nanoscopic scale, with a coating layer thickness ranging from 1-100 nanometers. The material is changed on a molecular level during this process. The nanocoatings forms a self-organized, hydrophobic (water repellent) layer with a nanoscale thickness. Because the nanoparticles become firmly anchored in the surface, dirt particles, water droplets, grease, oil, acids, and other liquids simply roll off the surface (lotus effect). This also makes cleaning easier, as with nano protection on ceramic surfaces or cleaning/emptying liquids inside glass bottles with nano coatings.
