New WoW: Shadowlands Cinematic Shows Sylvanas Suffering From Split Soul Disorder
The one of World of Warcraft 's most well-known characters is experiencing an identity crisis, as revealed in a new game-related video that was not listed on WoW's WoW official WoW YouTube channel.
The film, released with the launch of a brand new patch 9.2 built on the game's public test realm will reveal that Sylvanas, following her defeat by the other players and her subsequent loss to the Jailer is able to regain her soul. Or, more accurately, half of it. The best half? It's all a bit confusing. Below are spoilers.
A lot of the story revolves around Sylvanas, both the Banshee Queen who committed numerous war crimes throughout the past several WoW expansions and also the former of the high Elf Ranger General, who is fighting between them in her head. As Uther states, Sylvanas had her soul split all the long way through World of Warcraft when she was murdered by Arthas. The soul part, the Ranger General part is currently struggling to figure out the actions of her Banshee Queen part has done. With the help of Uther Sylvanas appears ready to come to terms with her actions and be held accountable for the consequences. Also, she can help the heroes of Azeroth in the process, of course.
It's the start of a rather complex redemption arc for an one of World of Warcraft 's few prominent female characters. Thought of as ruthless and sly cheap WoW WoTLK Classic Gold, her character's development after World of Warcraft is now largely being thrown away as a result of the evil half of her split soul.
