Living in The Ancient Prison beneath the God Wars Dungeon, Nex can only be entered once you have successfully completed the Desert Treasure quest and a mini-quest that unlocks this Frozen Door. This access point is iced-up and has been in existence since the time that the Dungeon was opened but remained sealed, until now! After entering the Prison players will have to battle through an enormous troop (featuring Spiritual Warriors, Mages, Rangers, and Blood Reavers) before they reach Nex herself.

Destroying Nex can bag players valuable reward points, including the Ancient Godsword, Zaryte crossbow, the iconic Torva armour set , and many more. Each participant in the contest has a chance of obtaining one of a kind item which is a bonus for the most successful players, with the highest performers collecting more treasure.

The recommended level requirements for taking on Nex are 70 ranged, 70 Strength 70 Agility 70 Hitpoints. Currently, players cannot use Monster Examine on Old School RuneScape Gold Nex. If players attempt to cast it the game will display a message on the game's chat screen that reads "You cannot see their statistics".
