How to Make a Microfluidics Chip?
Microfluidics

The typical method for creating Microfluidics Chip is to create tiny wells or grooves on the surface of one layer, and then enclose those features with a second layer to create microchannels or chambers. Layers must be adequately bonded if channels are to be leak-proof. The channels are produced via soft lithography, hot embossing, injection moulding, micro-machining, or etching, depending on the material selection. Microfluidics chips can be created using 3D printing, however there are significant restrictions on the minimum feature size, surface roughness, optical transparency, and material options.
