Hasbro, Inc. purchased the Power Rangers and other entertainment assets from Saban Properties in June 2018. As part of the deal, Hasbro acquired Saban Properties' interests in a number of additional entertainment properties, including My Pet Monster, Popples, Julius Jr., Luna Petunia, Treehouse Detectives, and others. These properties will now be a part of Hasbro's brand portfolio and provide the company with opportunities for new product lines and consumer products.
Barbie and Hot Wheels will be featured in multi-branded family entertainment centres that will debut globally in 2020, according to a May 2019 announcement from Mattel, Inc. By fusing physical and digital play, the centres' immersive, interactive play and Entertainment Robots Market experiences will bring Mattel's iconic brands to life.
