FIFA 23 is now available in all countries in all regions

For the company's policy, EA told Eurogamer that FUT Lootboxes "are an integral component the game of FIFA that players enjoy," and that "giving players the ability to buy if they want to will be fair." It doesn't have plans to change its policy in the direction of "surprise mechanics" until laws are passed which force it to. This doesn't make the situation any better, but it's worth noting that in light of those laws , you can now set weekly limits on FIFA Points spending and pack opening within Ultimate Team, and see the chance of receiving an elite player prior to opening the pack. FIFA 23 is a wild swan song for the series (under its current name, at least) with a definite emphasis on the theater. FUT Moments action replays, viral-friendly game-play tweaks such as Power Shots make it a more thoughtful and memorable game of simulated football with intentional defensive play and plenty of drama and goals. But EA's Spartan approach to games that don't make money ensures FIFA 23 is an all-too-familiar beast to previous years, and Ultimate Team's emphasis on microtransactions keeps taking all the fun out of the game.

It includes Premier League games included, including Liverpool's match with buying FIFA 23 Coins Arsenal in this week's game selection together with fixtures from Serie A, the Bundesliga, and La Liga, although there are no Real Madrid and no Barcelona!
