Asphalt Additives Market
Asphalt is a black or brown petroleum-like substance with a density ranging from viscous liquid to glassy solid. It is collected as a deposit from petroleum distillation or as a natural deposit. Asphalt is made up of hydrogen and carbon compounds with trace amounts of nitrogen, sulphur, and oxygen. Except when used as a binder or adhesive, the mechanical properties of asphalt are insignificant. Asphalt additives primary use is in road surfacing, which can be done in a variety of ways. Light oil dust layer treatments are commonly used to form a hard surface by repetition.
