Agriculture Equipment

A device, component of a device, or attachment to a device that is primarily intended to be used for agricultural purposes is referred to as agricultural equipment. Equipment related to raising animals or growing crops, as well as equipment used in horticulture or floriculture, is referred to as "Agriculture Equipment." Tractors, trailers, combines, tillage, planting, and cultivating tools, balers, irrigation equipment, and all-terrain vehicles are all considered to be examples of "agricultural equipment."

The term "agricultural equipment" refers to any item that has a Harmonized System code that is listed in Annex 2 of the Protocol, including all installed, incorporated, or attached accessories, components, and parts that do not have their own separate Harmonized System code, as well as all related data, manuals, and records. Under the New Holland Agriculture and Case IH brands, as well as the STEYR, Kongskilde, and verum brands in Europe, and the Miller brand, mostly in North America and Australia, agricultural equipment is offered for sale.
