Due to its superior performance in mechanical, electrical, and thermal applications, graphene has recently received significant academic and industry interest. When properly included, graphene can considerably enhance the physical properties of epoxy at very little loading. Here, the general structure, manufacturing process, and characteristics of epoxy/graphene nanocomposites are examined, along with in-depth examples taken from the most important scientific literature. It has been investigated how to alter Graphene Nanocomposites and use these materials to create nanocomposites using various processing techniques. The processing techniques and the nanocomposites' mechanical, electrical, thermal, and fire-resistant properties have been the main topics of this review. Additionally, a summary of the synergistic effects of graphene and various fillers in epoxy matrix has been provided.
