How to Rate well in Healthcare
Being in the healthcare field is no different than any other business. You may not be selling products, but you are providing services. You’re dealing with vulnerable people on a day-to-day basis and each one of their opinions matter.

Some of the things that come to mind for me are:

1.    Kindness

2.    Wait time

3.    Knowledge

4.    Results-fix what is wrong with me

5.    Empathy

So, we know you can’t make everyone happy, but if you make sure to have a staff of happy and empathetic personnel, then you are off to a fantastic start. It is important also to make sure that you are properly staffed in order to make sure your patients have a smoother visit. Aside from an enthusiastic and full staff, understanding your business and your area is key.
