All the time, when an individual gets ready to learn the English language, he/she has so many questions and concerns even before the journey starts itself. Of course, it is simply possible by the Tamil medium students. You will learn from many examples in Tamil in the beginning. We cannot classify the average or bright learning personality. Anyhow, it will probably take a minimum of two months to acquire the lingual skills. The amount of time we spend on educating ourselves, the amount of efficiency will improve the counterbalance to the efforts. It's entirely based on the needs that have arisen for us and the way of utilizing the opportunity wisely. 

6. Is this course useful now?

7. What's the right time to start learning English? 

It depends on the individual as a whole. I would anyhow suggest that you begin to learn your courses before two months minimum of your targeted time. To cite that I assume the learner will join the college in June, I would recommend him/her to pursue the course from April onwards. This is the right time because the expertness in the linguistic scenario will never be familiar in a short time. We need to use these skills regularly till we become master level. So, in short, it would be advised to begin your journey as possible.
