I highly recommend this business. Diesel was very courteous and personable. He immediately contacted me after the diagnostics and was patient to understand I was at work and couldn’t respond right away. He made time to get the starter replaced and up and running within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and respectable man.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called-and thank goodness because my brakes needed it! He was very friendly, honest & fast-he even made sure to get me brake pads with a lifetime warranty. I wouldn’t have even known to look for those, myself. Having issues with my reverse lights on my Tahoe after spending a couple of days could not figure out the issue. After Calling MechaMedix the tech showed up checking my Tahoe electrical system and found it to be the Fuse block, explained my options ordered parts. Installed the new parts programmed the new fuse block and the reverse lights started working again. Wanted to thank MechaMedix for coming out and fixing my safety issue would highly recommend them for all my service
Shayne is a professional and charges fair prices. My partner and I were driving through town back to Utah towing a trailer with a car on it and ran into van issues with the alternator. He responded immediately and was out to us in a short time with ALL the parts needed for the repair. Fixed the issue and very affordable prices considering it was a Sunday service call.
Diesel (the owner) literally is a lifesaver! With no luck from other mechanics I tried MechaMedix. Best choice ever. Literally responded to my email within minutes. And got to my house all within 45 minutes at the most. He not only figured out the problem but he created a part (by hand) to fix the problem. He also took a little extra time out to check another issue out without hesitation. Worked efficiently and makes you laugh at the same time! Shayne took really good care of me and my Suburban. The truck started leaking transmission fluid while my wife was driving it 300 miles from home. He came out quickly, fixed the issue, and the price was VERY reasonable. He was in constant communication and made my mind at ease. I would trust Shayne with any of my vehicles and I’m glad to have been connected with him.
I got stranded in the middle of nowhere and Diesel (who was out of town) helped me attempt to figure out what was wrong before realizing that coolant was just going to leak no matter what. He was able to figure out what was wrong(water pump) pretty much just by talking over the phone which was cool to see and definitely showed his knowledge. I ended waiting in a truck stop and was stuck there for two nights. He offered me a shower and a place to sleep and that’s really above and beyond for a mechanic in my opinion. Fixed my car well and I made it the rest of my 9 hour trip! Would definitely recommend, he’s a busy guy but he definitely cares about what he does.
