1/2 teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
3 large eggs, beaten until light and airy
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
For the peppercorn shots: 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
For the sky fireworks: 1/4 cup (60 ml) peach schnapps
To make the gram cake player, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. In a different bowl, cream together the spread and sugar until light and fleecy.
