Architectural plans Surrey is a set of architectural drawings for the development of a new housing estate in London. These drawings were created using an artificial intelligence software. In the prototype, the software worked out a layout for each individual building, based on information contained in aerial photographs.

The location was chosen to be between two riverside parks, a reservoir, and a 'breathing' natural environment. Much of the area will be used for private housing. In particular, residents won't have to share their properties with any other tenants in order to meet their environmental obligations.
