PUBG Mobile Battlegrounds India is now launched, Indian pubg mobile download
After a long anticipation, KRAFTON, the South Korean game development company, officially launched the final version of the PUBG Mobile today in India, with a different name called Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), and the gamers couldn't be more excited to finally play the desi version of their favorite game on their devices, yet again!
The news and advertisement regarding the release of Battlegrounds Mobile India was shared by the developers of the game earlier this year.
Player’s Unknown Battlegrounds Mobile, or PUBG Mobile as it is renowned, was banned in India in early September last year, which brought a massive blow to all the players who were following the game, along with the professional eSports players for whom the game proved to be a source of income.
Battlegrounds Mobile India, or simply BGMI, is very close to its older version of the PUBG Mobile.
This created a major buzz on social media in India, especially on Twitter with the trending hashtags like– battlegroundmobileindia and PUBG.
The Beta version for the 'Desi PUBG' mobile is currently available to download from the Google Play Store, which can run on all smartphones having Android 5.1 operating system or above and a minimum 2 GB of RAM.

However, information regarding the release of the iOS version, or when their users will be able to install the game is yet to be known.
Another criterion to make sure is that the player must be a minimum 18 years of age to play the game. The players younger than 18 will need the consent of their parents to play.
Players who had pre-registered and got early access to the Battleground Mobile India had to download an update size of around 137MB from the Google Play Store. Apart from that, they were assured to claim and win some special perks like:

First, download the APK and OBB files from the given links respectively:

Now, change the name of the downloaded OBB file to: "main.15255.com.pubg.imobile”, OR, copy the OBB file to the folder: "Android>>OBB>>com.pubg.imobile" and paste it.
Make sure to paste the file in the desired location correctly, or else you will not be able to run the game.
After doing this, launch the "Battlegrounds Mobile India" where it will ask for your device's storage permission and select between either of the two Resource Packs to download, which can be more than 600 MB. The players can also transfer their PUBG Mobile data and retrieve it to their BGMI account.
